Hi, I’m Anna Millhiser

I spent nine years at Doximity building the Customer Success function from the ground up. I came in as the first CSM and left as VP, having grown the team to 50 people and the revenue to $52M across more than 200 health systems. It was the kind of role that taught me what it actually takes to build CS at scale, not just in theory but in the day to day reality of managing complex health system relationships while the company is growing fast around you.

Since then I have been working with health tech founders and CS leaders who are navigating that same kind of growth. The work looks different at every company, but the questions are usually similar. How do we build something that can actually support enterprise clients? How do we hire the right people? How do we make sure the CS leader has what they need to succeed?

I work exclusively in health tech because I think context matters enormously in this space. Understanding how health systems make decisions, how payer relationships work, and what enterprise procurement actually looks like means we can get to the real work faster.

I am also an ICF-certified executive coach. A lot of what I do sits at the intersection of building the CS org and developing the leader who runs it. In my experience those two things are deeply connected."
